These terms govern access to and use of the VIN platform. Please read them carefully.

1. Legal Entity and Platform Nature
These Terms govern access to and use of the VIN platform operated by Viwin L.L.C-FZ, registered in Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, operating under the brand name VIN. VIN is a technology platform only and does not organize, supervise, manage, host, insure, or control any Meet.
2. Independent Status of Users
All users, including Hosts and Ambassadors, act independently. No employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship is created.
3. Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old and legally competent.
4. Assumption of Risk
Participation involves inherent risks including injury, illness, disability, property damage, and death. Users voluntarily assume all risks.
5. Medical Disclaimer
VIN provides no medical advice and assumes no responsibility for medical incidents.
6. No Verification or Endorsement
VIN does not verify identities or qualifications. Any verification feature does not constitute endorsement or guarantee.
7. Payments
Payments are processed via Stripe Connect. VIN may hold payouts up to 72 hours. Issues must be reported within 12 hours.
8. Content License
Users grant VIN a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use and commercially exploit uploaded content.
9. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and defend VIWIN L.L.C-FZ from any claims arising from their conduct.
10. Limitation of Liability
VIN shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability shall not exceed fees paid in the preceding six months.
11. Account Termination
VIN may suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion, with or without notice, without liability.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by UAE law. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
